Packing Partner Support

Bugs, issues and problems

• Where there are bugs,  issues or problems within Packing Partner, support is free for the life of your subscription.

• Issues that are not within Packing Partner, related to a customisation, caused by your device or software, or caused by a third party, will be paid support. Chargeable at £45 per hour + VAT.

• If the issue cannot be diagnosed as being within Packing Partner, we will inform you that it may be chargeable. If the issue proves to be within Packing Partner, you will not be charged.

• Bugs or issues with newly installed customisations will not be chargeable, unless they are changes to the original specification for the customisation.

Setup and customisation

• Support for setting up and tuition is chargeable at £45 per hour + VAT. We would do that by telephone and remote connection, so we can do exactly what you need to tailor Packing Partner to your needs.

Help and documentation

• There is extensive help for Packing Partner in this forum and from the help by pressing F1 in the program. If there is something that isn't in the help or on this support forum, please Email us and we will add it. V3.5 help pages are here: aimcosoftware.co.uk/v35Help/
