Due to a recent Amazon change you may need to clear IE cache to be able to log in to Seller Central.
Within Packing Partner:
Go to Tools > Options
Go to System tab
Click IE Options
Within the dialog near Browsing History, click the Delete button
Ensure you have the following ticked: Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data
Click Delete*
The above should resolve the login problem on Amazon
* Make sure you untick Passwords and Form Data if you don't want to clear those
