We recently setup a trial with WebInterpret who translate our eBay listings into various language and post them onto several foreign eBay sites.
When we sell something, WebInterpret create a sale within ChannelAdvisor via the API, which appears in ChannelAdvisor as a 'Checkout Direct' sale. However they don't assign a payment method to the sale.
This in turn prevents these orders from being pulled into Packing Partner, throwing the error that there is no payment method.
Is this bypassable?

You can set a default from: Tools>Options>Settings>Collect>NoPayment
Also, we are just working on a feature to translate product titles from foreign languages, when they are collected. It should be ready in the next week or so.
