Collecting from amazon

Hi,

I've just installed the new update and when I collect from amazon it does not display the thumb nail, just says image offline.?

Also not sure if it's an Amazon, explorer but unshipped orders state XXX but when I click the unshipped orders it only displays one until I click the sort by order tab.?? I've tried it in explorer and firefox and it only happens in explorer.

I've just also noticed that now it's displaying them after collecting but when I click the sort by order tab the markers that mean collected, printed etc dissappear

I have sent you an email asking for a phone No, as we need to look at it on your PC because we haven't got any other reports of this.

No problem, I've just downloaded somemore orders via amazon and everything seems to be back to normal.? might have been a glitch.

Hi,

Unfortunately the problem is back again but worse now. Now getting every order from amazon with the!! and image offline. We have not change any of the details on the amazon site as they have been up there for a while, they are not out of stock.

The only different thing is I am now using windows 7, but for a few days and everything seemed ok until I installed the 1.6.20.0 on this machince. Is there away I can download the previous version.
