Amazon and Opencart problems

With Opencart if a customer's shipping address is different to their payment address it does not print correctly on the shipping label. From what I can see at the moment the address on the packing list is correct (shipping address) but on the label it seems to print the 'Company' field from their shipping address then the other fields are taken from their payment address. We need both the packing list and the shipping label to print from their shipping address so they both match if possible please.

Just noticed with Amazon when we click to show more results per page then click on 'order date' to change the viewing order the red 'Collected' boxes dissapear from the left of each order.

Also with Amazon we have noticed the last few days when we have shipped orders and click update it hangs and we need to close the tab and re-open to get it to update. Opencart and Ebay seem to update fine.

The amazon issue should be fixed please click here to download the update.

I have had a look at the opencart issue but don't have any examples with a different delivery address. Can you email me an address and login for your opencart with an order that has a different address.

Hi Andrew, I've just updated and the red 'Collected' box still dissapears when I click to show more results per page then click on 'order date' to change the viewing order.

I have no orders to be shipped for today in Opencart but I do have 'Shipped' orders with two recent ones which have a slightly different shipping address. Is this ok for you? I can email the login or do you need to see 'unshipped' orders?

Shipped orders are fine, when you send the details can you do it in Packing Partner from Tools>Contact then I can see your system spec, which will help with the Amazon issue.
