Updating Sales Records

We have 3 different eBay accounts and Collect, Print & Ship the records daily but we have never updated the sales records back to the channel. We currently have 4014, 17403 & 7823 sales records that need updating.

To update all the records now through the interface now will take hours, is there a quicker way of doing this?

If we just leave the Sales Records and do not update them, are there any implications in not doing this?

Once Sales records are updated on a daily basis is this the same as manually selecting the records and then clicking despatch in eBay?

Hello Pand

If all your sales are marked as shipped on eBay, in the confirmation dialog, untick all the records and tick the box at the bottom. This will change the status of the records in Packing Partner without actually updating eBay.

Yes, it does the same as marking them as dispatched on eBay. The advantage is that if you use tracking numbers, it will update those on eBay too. The other advantage is that the records in Packing Partner and eBay will have Green borders so you know they have been dispatched.
