Drop down menu issues

Is anyone having issues with the drop down menus ?

They constantly disappear as you hover the mouse over?

Have you tried the latest version, as we did amend that a few updates ago.

Yeah, pretty frustrating. Also the barcode scanning still doesn't work

Are you able to Email us a screen recording of the hover issue, as I'm unable to find any issue here.

Not sure what you mean by barcode scanning?

Records/Carriers/Scan Shipped.

When you scan a barcode of a record, it used to scan the record and put a tick next to the record without pressing anything. Now I can scan it but have to press enter twice and beeps after the first scan.

That all seems to be working here, but it sounds like you need to set you scanner to scan & tab or scan and enter.

If it works when you scan, press tab, scan the tracking ID and tab again. It probably means the scanner has lost that setting.
