We use Royal Mail Click and drop, overseas sent PS9 , so no tracking - however the 2d royal mail code is being added to Amazon., We are getting a lot of customers saying "tracking does not work", Amazon are sending the "order not arrived claim your refund message"
Customers are getting this whether or not they have the item as it is based purely on the tracking (it is also happening a lot in the UK)
Can we set PP, so that it does NOT upload the tracking information when it dispatches on Amazon? (then if we need to check a UK item we will simply check the address in Click and drop to get tracking number)
With orders being delayed due to postal issues, the last thing we want is Amazon sending them prompts to get their monies back

Do you only want this for Amazon, or all tracking to all platforms?

Sorry, I thought I had replied,
All channels it would be easier (as the Americans keeps asking what the tracking means)

On the Mark Despatched confirmation window, there's now a checkbox option.
