As title says.
I manually added a record to send a parcel, but now it is sitting in my Shipped tab after I have sent it and I want to move it to Completed.
I'm sure there is a way but I just can't seem to find it. I don't want to Remove the record as I want to keep the tracking info.
It is a little hard to find, it's on the Orders Tab toolbar.
No that is not working either.
I went to the Orders tab, clicked Despatch, I was asked if I wanted to mark all Shipped orders as Completed, I clicked Yes
But when I then switch back to Records tab, the manual order is still sitting in my Shipped View and not in Completed view.
Seems to be a few issues, with that. Just sorting them out, then we'll update you.
Orders should all be working as expected.
If you find that the record still won't go to Completed, just transfer it to records again (say No to resending), then it should work.
