ebay not printing address labels

been using you guys for years and now you ask me to change to v4 which i have done collected my ebay sales this morning and fine printed postal record and fine when to print post address labels 

comes up  index was out of range must be non negative and less than the size of the collection  the rest i can read as below the screen 

need urgent help cant print and send my goods
