Record problem??

Hi, have recently done the update. 

I have just clicked on the Archive and searched for the last 7 days and it just seems to have frozen up. I can go to the browser, invoices and the other tabs. But now even if I close the program down and start it up etc. I go to the records tab and it says loading display.... 0 holding. it's just stuck in the holding records area.? we can't view any records at all now.
