Collected Records Not Showing Images

As of yesterday, Packing Partner V4 (4.1.427.302) is not showing the product images

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry, if it is eBay that isn't showing the product images. Please renew the token in credentials.

Go to Tools>Credentials
Find the account and click any part of it to select it
From the menu bar at the top of the screen, click the Renew button
Follow the steps on screen and then when complete, click Save on the Credentials window.
