Collecting records very very slow

We noticed last week that checking boxes and collecting records had become very slow. Each click of the checkbox takes upwards of 3-4 seconds which means collecting upwards of 300 sales takes forever. Is there a fix for this and is anyone else seeing this issue? We have the same problem on machines with Win XP and Win 7?

We haven't had any other reports of this, but the browser will only work as fast as your system and the web page you are on. It could be a background program that i slowing things down.

I'd say its something to do with ebay as collecting sales from amazon shows no response delays at all. As i say this issue is present on two separate machines with different operating systems etc. If the problem was specifically our machines it wouldn't be present on two totally different machines would it?

Just thought i would drop an update on this issue. It seems to be an IE issue. I have tried doing the same processes on our IE browsers outside of packing partner and the same problem is present. I don't know whether you can advise whether we need to downgrade our version of IE or whether we can upgrade. However, the most recent version is IE11 which is not supported for WinXP which is the operating system our main packing partner machine operates on.

Your best option would be to move to Windows 7 or 8 so that you can use IE11.

IE8 is very outdated and will not be supported by Microsoft after next week.

If only life was that simple. We cannot just "upgrade" to windows 7 or 8 as if it was possible we would have done so already. Are you telling me we have no other options available to us?

To be fair windows 7 came out in 2009.

Sorry but there isn't really any other option. The whole computer industry thrives on innovation and we all (like it or not) have to keep up with the changes, or put up with slower performance.
