Restoring from Backup
If you have a problem with corrupt or missing data, from V 184.108.40.206, Packing Partner keeps a backup for each day. If you do not have folders for days of the week in your backup folder, please click here to install the latest version.
For all restoring
In Packing Partner>Tools>Options>System>Backup, click Open Folder
In the same Options Tab click Data Folder and Close Packing Partner.
Restore all data:
In the folder from step 1, select all files and folders under the subfolder for yesterday, e.g. Mon if it is Tuesday.
Copy everything to the Packing Partner data folder opened in step 2.
Restore only settings and features
In the folder from step 1, select only the files under the folder for yesterday. e.g. Mon if it is Tuesday.
Copy all the files to the Packing Partner data folder opened in step 2.
Restore only layouts
In the folder from step 1, select your layouts to restore from the Layouts subfolder, one of the day subfolders.
Copy the layouts to the Layouts subfolder in the folder opened in step 2.
When you open Packing Partner again, your data should be restored. If you have only restored settings and features, your data should be as you left it. If the data is not correct or also corrupt, then please follow the steps above to restore all data.
