Cannot mark shipped

Hi, my records are showing as collected when they should be showing as printed, they are showing printed in the browser view but not in the records tab so it is not allowing me to mark as shipped. It was working fine yesterday but I did run the latest update this morning so that may have changed things.

That is very unusual, please click on any record in the Records Tab and and press Shift+F5.

If that doesn't change anything, please Email us us a landline number so we can call and connect to you to have a look.
