keep getting (not responding) packing partner failing , have re-installed but still getting this message and have to close and then re-open, very slow response even to close, any help please..

Can you go to Tools>About and tell us what version of Windows and Internet Explorer you have.
Also, what are you doing when this happens?

using window 7 home premium
and internet explorer 11.0.9600.
I am really not doing much just opening PP then its very slow, then it says not responding , I wait then after a few minutes it rights itself,
then sometimes when trying to work in ebay through PP revising my listings it will stop responding also
