RM and DPD Export File Configuration

The exported files for Carriers do not have any useful filed that can be printed on labels. I have tried to work around this issue for months, but now its just not feasible.

example, this morning i had over 100 exported orders to print, and then write SKU on the back of the label.

For RM PPI labels, you can easily add a new field to the print layout and you have either item SKU or LOC  printed on the address labels. Which makes it easier and practical to  see what item needs to be packed.

But when you export the orders to carriers, like DPD or RMDO, there is no way to configure the export file. So you are left  with having to manually write/check what item will be packed for each label.

Is it not possible to have the sku file field exported as well? as both royal mail and dpd allow optional extra fields to be present in the exported files.

Re: RM and DPD Export File Configuration

We weren't aware that there are any optional fields, we will have a look into this.

Re: RM and DPD Export File Configuration

Sorry, this isn't going to be a quick solution.

It is unlikely that we will get to look at it this month.
