Amazon Not Showing Colours

Hi,

We have noticed a change on Amazon Layout this morning and that there are no Colour codes around the boxes
to let us know what stage we are at.

Is this effecting us all or just me.

We haven't had any other reports unless you did an update yesterday, in which case there was an issue that could be related click here to install the fix.

We're also getting this error on Amazon - total pain as we often use the colours to determine what orders we have and haven't processed.

When the unshipped orders were fed in last night the colour codes were shown.  Log in this morning and they're gone so we don't know which orders have fed and which orders (the new ones) haven't.

We can work around it by feeding all unshipped into PP and when it comes up with the window "mark recollected sales for resending" we select No.  This then only collects the new orders.  After this the colours are shown on all orders.

Bizarre.

In Packing Partner, can you send us an Email us from Tools>Contact so we can see your system details.

Can you also send us another email with a login, so we can have a look here.
