Refreshing pages F5 or Shift and refresh button.

I Have just noticed that when I try and do a full refresh in PPV3 e.g pressing shift F5 of holding shift and clicking the refresh button, it is only doing a standard refresh and not a full refresh. If you no what I me. For example if it shows 10 orders on the order page but I no there are 15 orders I would normal hold shift and refresh and it would totally refresh the page and get the new content from online etc. it use to work. Now I have to go into options and delete all internet options etc.

We changed this due to an issue in IE10, it seems that has been fixed, so we will put back the old behaviour with the next release.
