Hi, Just wondering is this still to be fixed as I am still having to do this manually. I know I can clear cache every time before I collect. But it's just remembering to do that.

Andrew, I think what Shoebob1 means is (and I have only just noticed this myself)
When you update to ebay at the end of day, it is showing as sent BUT it is not triggering ebay to send the dispatch email.
I am having to select all sent items manually (in eBay) and marking dispatch action to trigger the customer email

There doesn't appear to be an option to send an email on the Order Details (which is where we update the information)
You probably need to report to eBay that marking a sale shipped from Order Details, does not send the email.

It's not the sending of emails that's the problem it's the actual mark the item as dispatched in ebay. PPV3 used to do this but now it does not mark the item as dispatched when you update via PPV3. It's changes the coloured box and does the email stuff fine. It's just that it does not mark the item as dispatched in ebay like it used to.

We seem to be at cross purposes then.
When I update orders from PP3 on the ebay page - it updates fine.
They are all marked as sent (with the blue line) ebay shows date sent etc.
(I'm just not seeing the ebay email updating with a despatch email)
I can do this manually with little problem

Hi,
I have just looked at the feature at it is ticked. I was hoping it was that. :-( It does not happen everytime. Mind you we have 2 ebay accounts and I wonder if there is an issue caused by that or something.? Next time we have it on ebay I will send support an email. I don't think we can post images on here can we.?

Packing Partner puts the date and any tracking number into eBay by completing the boxes on the Sales Record page. You can try manually marking a sale as shipped from that page and see if the issue is the same.
It could be that eBay don't send the email unless you change the status from the Sold Listings page. You would need to clarify that with eBay.
This seems to be a recent issue and hasn't yet been reported by anyone else so it could be a problem with eBay.

Hi, We reported the same problem 14/04/2014 on the below link. But thought it was a glitch as it seem to work for a bit. But it seems as if the problem has come back. We have tried restarting etc. which didn't make a difference. But the problem is it's not everytime but when it happens again we will take a screen shot.

That's why I'm saying it's an eBay (or possibly settings in eBay) problem. There is no option to change sending emails that we can set on eBay.
If the date of despatch and any tracking numbers are being copied to eBay during update, then it is working correctly from our end, because those are the only values we change.

Hi Andrew, I think we have our wires crossed. We are not having the problems with the emails its date of despatch and any tracking numbers and when you look in the sold items of ebay and update the colour box changes correctly. But the Ebay dispatched box that is on the right is greyed out and has not been clicked/activated by PPV3. So we have to click the order selection box on the left in ebay and the click mark as dispatched in Ebay. It's seems as if PPV3 is only changing the colour of the line/box next to the order selection on the left and not actually marking it as dispatched.

Hi guys no problem. We will just have to leave it as is. Because it doe not happen every time normally happens if we dont clear the internet history etc before we collect. but some times that does not work.
