Title lengths for Amazon listings

Hi

We have just realised the titles of the listings on Amazon are being cut off after a certain number of letters when the sales are being printed.

Any chance you could look into this please.

Can you email us about this as we will need to look into it on your account.

We have had this reported by other users, but can't reproduce it on any of the accounts we have access to.

Done - just noticed aswell, it only happens on certain listings.

Hi

We're having the same problem again - it is getting really really painful now unfortunately.

Installed latest update, cleared cache etc - makes no difference.  Please help!

It is Amazon that shorten the titles, not us.

Please do email us with a landline though. Then we can connect to you and see if we can change anything.

Yes, it looks like it is Amazon afterall.  I will email you with a landline later in the week, when I will be off work.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Is there any chance of pulling the Colour and Size fields from Amazon instead?  Using variables like $Colour and $Size would, I think, be an ideal fix for this.

Amazon doesn't have variables that can be collected.
