I am trying to finalise the setup of Packing Partner with my Royal Mail DMO.
DMO is asking for "Reference". Currently, there is an error when uploading the file to DMO - it is sending the Record ID instead of the Sale ID
Could someone please advise how I change the export CSV file so that the first field reads the Sale ID instead of the Record ID?

There is isn't an option to use SaleID, because some SaleID formats are too long and contain characters not supported by DMO, so RecordID is used.

We had someone set this up for us before - would it have been a script in that case?

We did have an option to use either but it caused too many issues, so it has been removed.

Thank you for your responses Andrew - thats a shame. I wasnt aware that it had been removed since the last version I had been using.
Is it possible to re-activate it or is it completely missing from your software now?

We have taken it away because it causes too many issues, is there a problem using the Record ID?

Yes - the order id is not relevant to us at all - it is the amazon order id number (sale id) that we need it to read

My apologies, it has only been disabled when using the Import Shipping Label option.
You can change it from: Tools>Options>Settings>Carrier Export>UseSaleID

Thought you had me sorted there, Andrew, but that makes no difference - still exporting the order id and not the sale id even though the setting has been changed

You may have the carrier label import selected in features.
Go to Tools>Features>Carrier Import and make sure everything in that section is unticked.
