Packing Partner gone into "trial mode" still have active subscription

Hi Andrew,

Recently we tried to launch packing partner when there was no network active. It came up with a box asking if we wanted to start a trial, my wife in here haste to get orders collected took the path of least resistance and clicked yes (even though we still have some subscription left) now it seems to be stuck in trial mode, how do I unlock it so that I can use what's left of my subscription?
