Received a cheque purchase from EKM

Hi,

I have Received a cheque purchase from EKM, I have now received the cheque but when I try to collect it with PPV3 it says that there are no orders to collect and will not collect it. The traffic light system that ekm use show it in orange and not green.

is there a work around?

Hello Jimmy

I think changing Tools>Options>Settings>EKM Powershop Collect>OnlySuccess to No, will allow you to collect.

If not, please email us a landline number as we will need to have a look, to see what is causing this.
