Hello,
Just writting to you to inform about this error by collecting amazon, as it after update became slow, and is failling to collect some orders, for example I collect 100 of orders and usually it fails to collect from 2 to 4 orders, and sometimes I simply forget to overlook to it and just dispatch it, without collecting. I could add a link to it as well 
. Hope you gonna help me because these days are very busy for us and we need to fix it asap. Thank You!

When the error dialog comes up can you look on the details and email us with the reason for the failure.

Do you know where could i find error dialog? as by collecting orders it doesnt show no errors, just collect for example 98 orders from 100, thats it. THanks

When you get the dialog that says some have failed, click the Details button

But the problem is, that is not shown, its just collecting as usual. For example i take 100 orders to collect, and at the end it just shows that it was collected 97 and thats it, no message that it was failed, you could see just from the green lines that it was failed on orders, thats why its weird, before never had this error.

This is that is just happening when we try to collect our orders, we collect 100 orders but all the time it has been collected 97 for example without no error, its the same with ebay as well. And I dont know why for which reason, after update packaging partner became slow. Hope You gonna helps us, Thanks!

Getting the same Issue, Collection fails but no report to click on. Also after printing all collected some printing also fails. This happens on all channels.

Hi there, we had this issue as well tried to get help but never recevied any postive reply. Anyways, you can fix this issue by going in to >Tools>Options>Collect>Collection Threads - change this to 2 and OK. No records would fail to collect! It works all fine for us you might wana try out and see if that works for you.
Before we had collection threads set to 8 and this issue started after updating the software, however, as changing collection threads to 2 no more failed records so worth trying it out. Hope you all find this helpful. This may not be a great fix but it does the job and saves a lot of time.
