Packing Partner Not Opening

Hi, my packing partner will not open. I just keep getting a Packing Partner stopped working message and the programme closes.
Have tried installing the latest update and reinstalling the programme.

Looks like the same problem I am getting, and you posted this message while I was writing up mine.

Looks like this could be affecting lots of people who don't yet know it as it is still early.

I managed to get to the ebay page then it crashes, just says packing partner has stopped working. I went home got my laptop and packing partner worked fine on that

It seems at the moment that this is due to a Windows update. I'm not getting the same error here at all but will keep looking.

Unfortunately since the advent of Windows 10, we have had quite a few issues but they don't affect everyone, so it is difficult to work out what is going on.
