I am sorry but this is not our issue, it has been established that these are Microsoft errors.
I would love to be able to fix this issue but it is beyond my control.

Hello Dave
I do appreciate that but I can't do anything, it is entirely out of my hands. The issue has been reported to Microsoft, who will fix it when they can.
I am still looking into it and waiting for the update to appear on a PC here. It did update and I checked that removing it worked, which it did. I didn't prevent it from reinstalling, so that I can test further when it updates again.
Packing Partner works by using Windows to do most of it's work, when Windows breaks, it breaks Packing Partner and Windows must be fixed to solve the problem.
