if possible can you integrate the following carriers for direct pdf import:
DHL
LOW COST PARCELS
FEDEX
In the meantime, when we do carrier exports, PP is exporting the the following reference - 0259A5C1E2 we need the export to show the order number i.e. 222-222222-2222222 (amazon) ( this would be a quick fix for us to be able to import tracking numbers manually into channel advisor )
How do we get PP to export this number instead.
we collect orders from channel advisor / magento / ebay(europe sites)

Sorry but I'm not going to be able to look at additional carrier integration in the near future.
Due to the Windows 10 upgrade, we have a lot of issues to deal with, that are taking longer than expected.

Tools>Options>Collect>Shipping>SaleID as reference

it is already set to that?
I need this setting up, shipping import doesnt work for low cost parcels, i cant upload the tracking to channel advisor as the shipping export doesnt send out ebay and amazon order numbers.
Hermes is great with the intergration.
Any advise would be good andrew or if you have 5 mins to help over the phone, let me know.
