Updates missing on eBay

In the last couple of days I've had two odd cases where PP has marked eBay records Paid and Dispatched and inserted tracking info, but hasn't marked the record as Updated (turned it green). When I've found the record in Paid and Dispatched and run Update again, it works the second time. Only a minor issue, but thought it should be reported.

We have had a few weird issues like this since Windows 10, but not this one specifically. Can you email or call me if it continues, so I can connect to you and have a look.

I regularly see this problem, and sometimes see up to 10 records out of about 60 not showing as updated when they have been updated on eBay. It is as though perhaps PP did not receive a response from the server so did not mark them as updated, but also did not warn us that this happened. So I need to remember to press update again, or go and check if there are any still listed to be updated.

I also see the opposite occasionally, perhaps once a week, where everything is updated in PP, but one item in eBay still appears 'to be despatched' even though it is correctly coloured, so PP recognises it, so somehow PP thinks it got updated but eBay didn't record it as updated.
