PP was operating fine this morning.
It now appears to have gone really slow taking on average 30 seconds plus for each task, ie ticking each sale, collecting, printing. Just keep getting the blue circle every time.
Can collect from magento, but it will not print off and picking, packing lists etc. Only option after several minutes is to close the program.
I have run last PP3 update again, but no difference.
Any help please?

A common reason is an anti-virus program interfering, can you try turning off your anti-virus for a few minutes and see if that makes any difference.
