Nothing Showing in Archive View

Hi,
 
Had to locate an older record today, but nothing is showing in the archive view, the data is there in:
 
C:\Users\Ian\AppData\Local\Packing Partner V3\_archive\201327.records
 
I've opened it with TextPad and checked that the information is present.
 
I've no filter set, selected All records.
 
The Archive Feature is enabled.
 
Is it something else I am missing?

We did have an issue where archive searches didn't display on the screen. If it is that, then pressing F5 after the search should display the results. It has been fixed so click here to install the update

If that doesn't work then please contact us after Monday (we're closed as we have no electricity) then we can have a look and see what the issue is.

Thanks for checking the _archive data and finding the details, that makes it a lot easier to work out what is wrong.
