Ebay not showing orders

Hello, does anyone has this problem. Collecting from Ebay, its not showing on invoice what was ordered, i need to go and search individaully by ref number, as its a big pain for us as we have many orders. Maybe some problems with ebay?

If you click the Sale ID in the records tab, is eBay showing the correct order details?

yes, everything is fine, thats what i did today by hand, every single order, so thatts why i dont understand where is the problem, would be very appreciate if you could help us, thanks.

any news? as it looks like everything is fine from ebay, but just simple soemthing happens after collecting, and we need to find a solution asap, thanks

Please don't post images that contain customer data

As i could understand the code is not valid, so its ebay problem? as you could see its showing just only sku code
