Putting Phone number on address field based on country

Hi,
Is there a way to add the Phone number of the customer to the address based on country? - ie this is not something I want to do for everyone, but in Israel, with the current meltdown of their postal service, phone numbers on parcels are the best way of customers getting their orders (as postal service been told to phone each customer rather than leave a card)

So.. just for Israel - add phone number to bottom of address field, - not any other customer

It can be done as a script for you, which wouldn't take long.

I wouldn't want to add it to the program because, for example: DMO wouldn't accept that, it needs to see the country.

Can you email your number or call me to sort this out.

Thanks, I have tried several times to call you this week,but it was either engaged or the answerphone (I know you are busy with other customers),
