Amazon USA not collecting

hi Andrew

We are having big problems with Amazon usa this morning,  - they go to collect but then nothing happens and they all fail? - They all have the black line next to them and will not appear in records tab

Please advise=?

Cheers - I think it will be related to the update Amazon USa did last night as the manage order screen is all different

Amazon should all be working now, please click here to download the update

Note:
It appears that Amazon will roll out this update to the UK at some time.
When they do, the fix should work for that also.
