Missing first character of PayPal note

Hi

We are using PackingPartner for eBay on WindowsXP.

The issue is, when the records are collected and someone has left a note in PayPal (BuyerNotes1 field in the layout), the first letter of the note is missing. It is an issue for us as people have to specifiy in the notes a value they require i.e. 5, 20, 35 or 50.  Apart from that, software is great!

Is the first character showing in the Records view?

Hi,

We get the same problem but it's not that important to us but would be nice for a fix. Had the problem for a while.

I was going to upload a pic but don't think I can on this board.?? I will send an email to support with pic attached.

I can't find anything wrong here, are you definitely collecting from PayPal?

Mine are from paypal. But don't get comments buyer coments often, so can't really say if it happens all the time etc. Next time it does it I will mke a note.

The last one I had was buyer notes 1. Just had a quick look at the last couple of months and yeah there all buyer notes 1. But it does not happen every time. I have some notes that are fine. happens about 50% roughly.

Is there a setting to check that they are definately from paypal as looking through I can't seem to find one.

Sorry for the delay, have only just seen your message.

We are collecting through eBay (Awaiting Dispatch page) using the Packing Partner browser and the first charachter is missing from all of the records once collected, it's not displaying in the records view.

Thanks, that helps, I was looking at the PayPal collection.
I'll need to look at this on an XP machine as it seems OK on Windows 7/8
