The search toolbar in the Records Tab, allows you to search for specific records by text and date, you can search both current and archive records.
Current and Archive records
All records transferred into Packing Partner are entered into two databases, current and archive.
Current records can be combined and split, whereas the the archive holds one record for each original order. The archive shows the status and updates from current records.
Searching
When searching you can choose to include current records, or just search the archive for the original order. If you include current records in the search, they will be included in preference, to the archive records.

Once the search has completed, records will display with an icon that shows if the record was found in current or archive records.
