Keep status colour for
| How long to keep the record status colours that show in the browser tab, in the order list of supported channels

| How long before custom product data is deleted from the PC. Custom data can take up a lot of disc space, so it is best to delete it after it will no longer be needed

| The first sort order that is used after sales are collected or transferred from express

| Sort the records in the order according to first and second settings, then invert the order
| Accurate carrier metrics
| The volume and size are calculated for every order. Yes will check all options to find the smallest possible volume, but takes longer. No will use the smallest dimensions, which is quicker, but not as accurate

Combine items by
| Choose the product identifier which decides how products are recognised as the same. None will prevent sales to the same buyer being combined
| Across all channels
| Yes will combine sales from different channels. No will only combine sales from the same channel
| Group by same address
| An alternative to combing, ensures that orders to the same address, are kept next to each other in the records tab and when printed
| Shipping method priority
| Determines which shipping method will be applied if combined orders are different. Methods higher up the list will be used in in preference to ones below them

| Enter the VAT number for the countries where you are registered. This will be used for customs, when you despatch orders that country

| If you use flat rate VAT choose Yes, which will be used for the VAT report
| Flat rate VAT
| The flat rate percentage that applies to your business type
| Use same total for non VAT
| If you are VAT registered and sell to non VAT countries at the same total cost, choose Yes. Documents and customs details will show 0% VAT with the Inc. VAT total price
| Exc VAT channel names
| List the channel names (one per line) where prices are listed exclusive of VAT, and the VAT needs to be added to product prices
| All channels are Exc VAT
| Choose Yes if all your channels list products exclusive of VAT
