Printing Settings
This section controls all the settings for printing of layouts, picking and packing lists.

General printing



Circle item quantities > 1
Yes will highlight all product quantities > 1 with a red circle. This is useful when picking to ensure multiple quantities are more visible
Increase font size by (%)
Amount to increase the font size of circled items by. Does not have any effect if quantities are not circled

Printed lists



Margins (mm)
Sets the amount of space in millimetres to leave around the edge of the page
Font
Sets the font and size to be use for all printed lists
Print in groups of
Sets the number of items to be printed in each group (0 for no groups). Printing in groups is used to add a page break after the number entered, so that pickers can given an equal number of items to pick

Packing list



Product images
Size in millimetres to print product images
Delivery address
Yes will print the delivery address
Billing address
Yes will print the billing address
Sales information
Yes will print details of the original sale
Carrier information
Yes will print details of the carrier and service
Show codes in table
Yes will print product codes in a table with three columns. Products with longer codes are often better printed with this set to No
Sales values
Print the product sales values
Size and weight
Print the parcel size and weight information
Invoice totals
Print invoice totals on the packing list
Item counts
Print the number of items for each page in the footer

Picking list

Product

Product images
Size to print product images on the picking list. Can be set to None for no product images
Group products by
Select the item attribute to group products by. This would usually be SKU, or Title if your products do not have SKUs
Sort products by
Select the item attribute to sort products by. This would usually be SKU or Title. Selecting Script will need a script function to be added in the Script Editor
Invert sort order
Invert the order selected above
Show item codes
Yes will prints the product SKU, Code and Location
Item counts
Print the number of items for each page in the footer

Item measurements

Print the individual item counts for each product. This is used when you need to see the individual item counts. e.g. for cloth length it could print 2, 1.5, 3.5

Postal record



Title on top of page
Enter the title to be printed at the top of each page of the postal record
Space for barcodes
Yes will leave a space on each row to attach barcode labels
Print tracking numbers
If you have already created your shipping labels, Yes will print them on each row
Image on top of page
Shows the image that will be printed at the top of each page
Browse
Browser for the image to be printed at the top of each page
