Today ( mon 29-02-2016 )
Myhermes seem to have now closed the classic site and have now gone 100% onto the new website, i can not now import hermes labels into packing partner with the new site.
Is there a fix as i have hundreds of orders i need to create labels for and will not be able to manually update.

I wasn't aware of any change. I will have a look at that now.

There is still a button on the top called Classic Site, but I will look at what is needed for the new one.

Yeah, classic site button has returned, may have been a glitch earlier where it had been dropped from the hermes site, alls well whilst classic site is in use, but obviously that will be dropped eventually.

Andrew, hermes are transfering to new site again and so hence have no option for importing tracking numbers, is there an update to correct this issue as yet?

MyHermes have changed the way they upload the data, so at the moment I can't intercept that and upload it.
For now you will have to use the export to carrier and import manually.
I have emailed them, asking for a better way to do this.

Andrew, unfortunately hermes do not have an export available, i can save a pdf file of the labels, can it be done this way?

Andrew,
I have emailed you a copy of the file we can save, let me know if any good.

When I tried it yesterday, the PDF was intercepted as before, if it's not doing that now, then I need to look at that.
Yes, you can save the PDF then in the Records Tab, before you print, click Shipping>Import Carrier PDF.

I have fixed the PDF import but the auto upload is going to take a bit longer because I have to speak to MyHermes.
