Importing Orders from file
Orders can be imported into Packing Partner from a range of text formats, including .csv, .xls, .txt, .tab and .xlsx.
To import orders the source files must contain at least a sales record number, buyer ID and products.

Preparing the file

In the program you want to export from, prepare the export file to contain all the details you want to import into Packing Partner. If you don't have any control over the export, then just export the file and map the columns.

Mapping the columns

In the Records Tab click Records>Import from File, select the file to be imported and click Open.
If you have already defined the template for the opened file, Packing Partner will try and match the headers of the file with the existing template. If the file does not have the same headers, you will need to open the template by selection Open from the Template toolbar.
