Filter textbox
| Filter the current view records. You can use single words and phrases and use & and | symbols for and/or searches.
| Filter
| Shows a drop-down list of user defined record filters. Clicking the menu item will paste the text into the filter textbox and filter the records.
| Invert
| Inverts the records that are filtered. e.g records that do not match the filter will be displayed.
| Ticked
| Filter all records that have been ticked. Useful if you are filtering or selecting records that are not next to each other, so you can see only the ones you have ticked. |

Retrieve all Sales
| Retrieve all sales from the Express server.
| Channel Menu
| Lists all the channels and the number of orders that are waiting to be retrieved. Clicking a menu item will retrieve all orders for that channel from the server.

Transfer Selected
| Transfers the selected orders to the Records Tab.
| Transfer Filtered
| Transfers all records that are showing in the active view.
| Transfer Quantity
| Transfers a smaller quantity of orders. The numbers show will change according to how many orders are in Ready view.

Fix Record Errors
| Opens the Record Error dialog to fix any issues. When records are retrieved from the Express server, any errors are identified, and they are shown in the Error view.
| Upload Despatched
| Uploads records that have been marked shipped, to the Express server. Records are shown in the Despatching view, until the server reports yet have been despatched on the sales channel.

Ready
| Records that have been retrieved from the Express server and do not have errors. Orders in this view are ready to be transferred to the Records Tab, for processing.
| Errors
| When being retrieved, orders are checked for errors. Tao fix issues with theses orders, click Action>Fix Record Errors on the Express Toolbar.
| Processing
| Shows record that are in Collected, Printed or Shipped status, in the Records Tab.
| Despatching
| Show records that have been uploaded to the Express server to be updated on the sales channel. Once the orders have been updated, they will be removed from the Express Tab. Any that fail to be marked despatched on the sales channel, will be changed to Undespatched status.
| Undespatched
| Shows records that fail to be marked as despatched on the sales channel.
| All Express
| Shows all the records that are currently in the Express Tab.
